Thanks a lot...nice pictures including quite a few unique shots. Makes you wonder what all the other Disney parks would have looked like if they had been built without financial restrictions...

Wait...the fountain has the tiger heads back again? When I was there, they still had the Genie heads on.

TDLFAN is an unknown quantity at this point
Re: Tokyo Disney Sea 2-2 and 2-4

Universal in Osaka is so nice. Definitely the one Universal with the best theming and staff. Everything they learned from Islands of Adventures, they applied here.

The fountain may get periodic re-themings if there are special events happening in the park. I think they had a Genie motif on it during Disney a la carte.

Great pictures it really has got me in the mood for another trip to Tokyo Disney Resort, which is another 84 days away.

And Stitch now appears in the Arabian Coast area of TDS, that character seems to have his own location in each Disney park. I wonder how long it will be before he turns the Arabian Coast into a dance floor, like whats about to happen at the Magic Kingdom and Disneyland Paris.

There's already a big dance event in Arabian Coast each summer called BonFire Dance.

Re: Tokyo Disney Sea 2-2 and 2-4

I love how you managed to get a plug in for your site

As the coverage shows Bonfire Dance is not your typical dance show and it keeps in with the theming of the Arabian Coast, by using costumes and music that blend in with the area. The scale of the show is also impressive, but you can not compare BonFire Dance to Its Dance Time... in ... Discoveryland. Below I have posted a preview video from YouTube that features the highlights from the upcoming Mickey's Magical Party at Disneyland Resort Paris, including the new Stitch show. Lame would only be one way of describing it. And what makes it even worst is that in order for the event to go ahead the park is canceling all performances of Lion King and Tarzan. The parks two best Stage Shows gone, I need to get back over to Tokyo to escape the madness.

I don't hate Stitch as so many people seem prone to do, but I do have to say that seeing him "scratch" is a bit over the top.

Re: Tokyo Disney Sea 2-2 and 2-4

I also have nothing against Stitch, he's a very entertaining character when done correctly like during the popular Find Stitch Event at Tokyo Disneyland, but this new show seems a bit much.

Stitch + DJ + Discoveryland = complete mess in my opinion.

Re: Tokyo Disney Sea 2-2 and 2-4

Seriously, thank you so much for these photos... they're really great!

Of course, even if you just threw the camera up and pressed the button you'd still get an amazing shot at TDS...
