Good TDL Books?

Hiya, anyone know any good tokyo disneyland books I could buy off amazon? I cant seem to find any. Thanks

Well, you're not going to find much good stuff on the US Amazon site. However, you can still order a few of them on Amazon Japan. Here is a link to Yoshi's "Resort at Home" site that's a great resource for CD's, DVD's, and books.

Disney Fan Magazine

I recommend the Tokyo DisneySea book, and the Tokyo Disney Resort "Dream" book. Both are photo books with large photo spreads. There really aren't any books with text or stories about the parks in them though, you're pretty much limited to photo books. Still, they are nice.

You really can't find any in amazon.com in the US- they only have Kevin Yee's guide to Tokyo Disneyland- but if you want to check out the amazon.com in japan- they have neat books- some are from Gurgi's link above- unfortunately, they are all in Japanese- you can set up an account and order- but shipping prices are high

Kevin Yee's "Tokyo Disney Made easy" book is just about the best book for newbies on TDR. (Of course, this is a shameless plug since I did offer assistance to Kevin in writting his book...) but even if I had not, his book is the best source of information for western people who want to visit TDR for the first time.
On line.. go to www.jtcent.com as it is the very best english site for TDR info..

As far as the Tokyo Disney resort goes, you'll find a lot of good information on the internet, but very little in printed books that are in English (aside from Kevin Yee's book, which has few photos).
The "My Tokyo Disney" resort guides on amazon.co.jp are probably what you want as they are filled with a huge number of photos and detailed maps of the parks. There are separate guides for each park, the hotels, the food, the merchandise, and so on. Be careful which one you buy!
