Can someone help me figure out the directions for this TDR game?

I received this gingerbread game that came from TDR but I have no idea how to play it. I think it must be like bowling but the green disk is wobbly and not sure how to set the gingerbread men on it without it toppling over. Anyway here's a scan of the back of the box - anyone here read Japanese that can tell me what it says?

That was pretty awesome, and it's great because it explains 3 different games, where somebody might be confused and think those instructions were all for one odd one!

I did think at first it was for one odd game and then after I posted I noticed the number "3" on the front of the box so then figured it must be 3 games of which the only one I knew for sure was the bowling.
