First, to answer your question-If they still have them, they would most likely be available at the Monsters Inc shop- also in the main shops in World Bazzar. I don't recall seeing them myself while I was there this past November 2009, so I don't know if they were available before or after that time period. They also sometimes have a cart set up in the center of World Bazzar selling all different styles of passholder cases.
You can always try ebay- you may get lucky- but they usually don't have too much good stuff from Japan on ebay lately.
Now, on to the video- I actually can't believe I sat thru it-but it was entertaining at the least. If the guy in the video is from micechat, I'm sorry for any statement I may make about this.
It was pretty funny, but I guess this "strategy guide" is from an average visitor with no previous knowledge of visiting Disney theme parks & not from an actual Disney fan.
I guess just about anything is posted on youtube these days.
I was there last Halloween and the Mike Lanyard was in stock at the Monsters Inc Company Store and both the Grand Emporium and Toy Station shops in World Bazaar.

There's probably a photo of it in Disney Fan magazine or in the My Tokyo Disney Resort book published when the ride opened.
