What happened to the chocolate popcorn?

The honey and black pepper sound like the ones I'd love to try. Same goes for the sea salt ice cream. That has me the most curious.

We got chocolate popcorn in Adventureland in DL and in Lost River Delta in TDS back in March....

Also, I looooved the sea salt ice cream! This is going to sound crazy, but the plain cup of it tasted like an entire hot fudge sundae to me. I think maybe the salty part reminded my brain of the walnuts on a sundae? I dunno, but it's the Tokyo Disney food I miss the most!

I tried and loved three of them. Black Pepper, Soy sauce/butter, and the Curry mmmmm.

We were sent over there with the message that only we would defend Disney quality.. We learnt quickly that the Japanese culture speaks to a level of quality that is hard to comprehend. They were all unbelievably skilled and willing to do the right thing.

Black pepper and soy sauce and butter were our favorites. <3

Not sure if this will help or not as it could've just been the day that we went, but the line for soy sauce and butter in Tomorrowland always seemed longer than the one Adventureland. I know the former used to be the only place to get that flavor so maybe people are just more familiar with that location.

Some flavors are seasonal and are sold, removed and rotated with others.

I'm still pissed they got rid of the coconut flavored popcorn in Lost River Delts- I loved it. Did cappuccino disappear as well? I never got a chance to try that one.

I'm waiting patiently for the Milk Tea on my next visit.

You know R, I have been wondering if that was your handle here on micechat by your writing style! LOL

We are booked for September 14 - 28th as that was when we could use J's frequent flier miles for business class on United. We are thinking of traveling to Hiroshima, Kyoto and then ending the trip in Tokyo where we will do at least 4 days at TDR and have the option of adding a 5th if we need to. Right now the plan is to do TDR Tues Sept 21 - Thurs 24th and possibly a 5th day on Monday the 27th. The only thing is the 23rd is a national holiday Autumn Equinox so I am assuming that will be a busy day at the park. I am really looking forward to going and seeing all the Halloween decorations/merchandise/parades etc. too! We'll definately have to go back though some other time so that we can see the Haunted Mansion in it's original state.
