My Duffy is going to look very handsome in that Holiday costume, I am sooo excited! And trinket box with Duffy and Shelly is so cute!

I also think Pablo is very kawaii but my not sure how many more animals I can have in bed lol.

@DuffyDad regarding the Fairies, I can only think that they like looking at blondes??? lol!

We were sent over there with the message that only we would defend Disney quality.. We learnt quickly that the Japanese culture speaks to a level of quality that is hard to comprehend. They were all unbelievably skilled and willing to do the right thing.

    Must...resist....dirty jokes...so many possibilities, LOL!

Oh, I think the fairies thing (besides them liking blondes) is that they are adding Terrence to the parade. I thought they already did that...but, maybe not, if they're saying he's "new".

He was part of Spring Carnivale and I will say, quite delish! I am also wondering if they will phase out all the fairies since there is no longer Spring Carnivale.

Right! That's where I remember it from. Yeah, I guess maybe they figure by adding a float to DreamLights, that the franchise will be represented. So...yeah, I don't get the "new" announcement in the magazine, unless they just mean new to the Christmas parade...

Oh, and the Terrence in the picture is pretty cute too!

Disney Fan magazines are available at most bookstores and magazine stands all over Japan. It is a nation wide released monthly magazine.

And Travis.. the special shopping bags have always been for sale. They are not free.

Thanks! I wasn't sure if it was a limited release thing or what. I'll have to look for it next time I'm out and about

I know they are not for free, I have two of them. I just thought I paid under 10 dollars. Then again those yens become monopoly money to me after awhile.

    Re: 2010 Christmas Merchandise Preview!!!

I think I need a bigger house! lol All these items looks great, they have done an amazing job with their merchandise. I too think its cool their is a page devoted to the penny press. That is cute. And the page that shows the DLHotel, that is very cute and nice that they do items just found at the hotel.

Thanks DuffyDad for buying the magazine and posting the photos. Everything looks great. How does one decided what not to buy? I know you can only afford so much. lol

What day do the Duffy Costumes out? Do you think Duffy's sweater is knitted like last year?

Am I seeing that right, on the second sheet are those mittens or gloves that are shaped like gingerbread mickey and minnie? If so how cute is that? I love that. Well I love it all. And the popcorn buckets, wow, those are so cute. I love what they are doing with those. Its like a mini picnic. I can so seeing using those to take your lunch to work in. Now I haven't seen one in person, so maybe they are to small, but Im guessing a sandwich, a drink and an re-usable ice pack.

gurgi, I am so with you, I love to work on the product line for any of the Disney parks, but TDR would be my first choice, because they are able to really put out some great product. DLR and WDW, their product line sucks compared to TDR. Didn't use to be that way for DLR at least. I remember a time you could do a lot of christmas shopping at Disneyland and you could buy items that weren't even Disney, they were other items. Oh and the perfume that you could blend yourself. Oh now that was great. Sorry went down memory lane. lol

Again thank you DuffyDad for posting and giving us something to dream about.

While most Christmas goods release on 11/1, Duffy & Shellie May goods will launch from 11/4. The hat and scarf look knit; the jacket, cape and bow appear to be made out of high-quality fabric, similar to the red peacoat from last year.

Yeah, they're some kind of mittens or hand warmers. They're kind of cute, but seem horribly impractical to me.^^

And, as promised, the rest of the Christmas stuff...
