Red Face Questions before our trip

Well, at first, my plan have changed! Instead of going to TDR one day, now I'm going for 2 days! First, the date we have chosen is December 22 and December 23. We decided to go TDL on December 22 because TDL is much more crowded than TDS, and December 23 is a national holiday. So can you tell me about the plan of going to TDS during national holiday? Yikes ! It'll be very crowded for sure! Can you give some plans for us? Like after the park opens the gate which ride we should rush first? Which time is best for riding attractions with less queues? Something like that.. Never visit TDR during peak season before.. Thanks!

( Sorry if my bad English may confused you. )

Journey to the Center of the Earth. Run. Fastpass it. Get in line. Do it. Ride 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. Use your Fastpass. Move on.

Of all the things you could do in DisneySEA (other than Big Band Beat) these are the best. Storm Rider and Sinbad follow behind them.

    Re: Questions before our trip

Get to both Parks 1.5 hours before it opens. And take a seat. Normally, I'd just say an hour, but this past October both Parks opened up an hour earlier than their schedule and Cast Members said. So you never know.

TDL-bear to the right and Fastpass Monsters Inc. Head straight for Haunted Mansion. Then go and ride Pooh. Grab your next fastpass for Space Mtn or for Pooh if you want to ride it again. Knock off any Fantasyland rides early. Just keep playing the fastpass-knowing that all will be gone by mid day. You can single rider Splash Mtn so don't waste a fastpass on that. Don't forget to take time to enjoy and eat at odd hours to avoid the crowds.

TDS-grab a fastpass for 10k Leagues first, then head to Journey and ride. Save Indiana Jones and Raging Spirits for whenever cause you can single rider those. After Journey go and get fastpass for Tower. Ride Sinbad anytime during the day there's hardly ever a line. Long lines for Jasmine's carpets so ride that earlier if you wish.

Regarding Parades-no need to line up early. At TDL you can always find a place to stand at the start of Westernland, as everyone claims their spots by sitting, and then the standers come in at the last moment. However, for Fantasmic-you do need to get their earlier, and try to get something close to the rail-I reco the right side of the lagoon, near the glass giftshop. The hat will sit towards the middle back of the lagoon. And it does get hard to see, as everyone pushes forward right before the show.

Remember, you can always use a fastpass later than your scheduled time.
    Have a great time.

    Re: Questions before our trip

Unfortunately, I forgot to tell you guys that I will reach TDL very late. About 10 to 11 o'clock. Any methods or plan please?

These are the attractions I really wanted to ride:

    1) Pooh
    2) Haunted Mansion
    3) Pirates
    4) Splash
    5) Fantasyland rides ( Pan, Snow White, Pinocchio)

Will I be able to ride all of these attractions in that day?

    and,,,

    TDL Questions

    1) Best place to dine ( lunch ) at TDL?
    2) Is TDL's version of IASW different from HKDL's version. If yes, should I ride it?
    3) Is One Man's Dream II a must-see show? I have seen shows like the Golden Mickey at HKDL like that.

    TDS Questions
( Going there during National Holiday )

    1) Which has longer lines? TOT or JTTCOTE?
    2) I have seen the schedule for Fantasmic on December 23. The show have 2 rounds: 6:25 and 9:20. Which round is better and less crowded?
    3) Best spot to watch Mythica, and how many minutes/hours should we wait before the show?
    4) Does Mediterranean harbor expanded 30 minutes after the park closes like World Bazaar at TDL?
    4) The hotel that I will stay at Shinagawa prince Hotel, it is at Shinagawa Station.. How can I go back to my hotel from TDR?

    Sorry for my confusing English!

    Re: Questions before our trip

I'll answer the questions that I can.

Yes, I think you will get in those rides that you mentioned. Hit the Haunted mansion early as it is nightmare before xmas now and will get very long lines. Go into Fantasyland and ride all those rides first. By mid morning, you'll feel like you've accomplished something. Single rider Splash as I suggested. Don't wait too long to do Pirates, as the length of line is deceptive. But sometimes it does get shorter at night. Stay away from it mid day.

    TDL Questions...
I say if you have to pass, pass on One Man's Dreams. It's a little cheesy to be honest.
No recos on lunch. I'm always just grabbing something quick.
And yes, IASW is different than Hong Kong's. You should ride it anyways so you can say you did it. Lines don't get too bad.

    TDS
Regarding Fantasmic. The first showing in my experience is the busiest. However, you don't want to wait until the last show and then have a tech mishap and not get to see it. But it will be less crowded.
I'm not a fan of Mythica-I found it boring.
Both TOT and Journey get long lines.

In TDL Id eat at either the restaurant in Splash Mountain or the Alice in Wonderland one in Fantasyland... simply because they look good.
Id ride Pooh, Monsters, Splash... and everything else there is time for. But those has the longest waits. Fastpass!
TDL shows are boring... but the parades are great.
Small world is as boring as in Hong Kong. Im sure there are differences with dolls and stuff but... who cares? The Tokyo version has some structural differences... nothing major.

In TDS go to Indy, Tower or Journey first since they all have looong lines. Go as single if possible to save time as said here before. See the first Fantasmic! ...Id never miss Mythica, its great. Id show up about 30 minutes before the show starts. No need to waste an hour to wait. The best places will be taken hours in advance anyway. You will get a good glimpse of the shows if you stand infront of the volcano... and not besides it.

    Re: Questions before our trip

Pooh's Hunny Hunt doesn't reopen until December 22--and it's going to be VERY busy that day. Ideally, you want to see both Monster's Inc. and Pooh, but it's going to be tough to do that day because it's going to eat up valuable time you'll need in the first 60 minutes.

Best plan: be in line at Tokyo Disneyland's front gate 60 minutes at least before park opening. RUN to Monster's Inc. and ride it. RUN to Pooh and get a FastPass. RUN to Big Thunder Mountain and ride it. RUN to Haunted Mansion and get a FastPass. I haven't put Space Mountain in there, but if that's important to you, I would either sub it for Big Thunder or do it after Haunted Mansion.

    In my experience:
The single rider line at Indiana Jones is generally open, but not always (I have seen it closed, but it is open more often than the single rider line at 20,000 Leagues).
The single rider line at Splash Mountain is always open.
The single rider line at Tower of Terror may be open or not open--it wasn't open last week when I was there.
The single rider line at 20,000 Leagues is only open on busy days.

You can ride Splash Mountain at any time using the Single Rider line, so don't waste your FastPass on it. The others all change based upon daily capacity.

The longest lines at Tokyo DisneySea are now consistently for Journey to the Center of the Earth and Indiana Jones. Tower of Terror is usually third. Since you know you can single rider Indy, and TOT will likely have a single rider line on a busy day, then your first stop should be Journey to the Center of the Earth--ride it immediately, then head for TOT for a FastPass. Even with long lines, DisneySea doesn't have that many attractions and you should be able to do all of them in one day (not counting the three shows, Legend of Mythica, and Fantasmic).

Guys, I'm very sorry that I forgot to tell you that I'm not going alone, I'm going with my BIG family. About 10 people, so we can't use Single Rider. And my uncle and my dad really wanted to watch Big Band Beat. We know we need to use the lottery ticket, but are there any chances for a big group to win? Can you give us some lottery methods?

When you see people winning, try to get your tickets, otherwise, lots of people losing is a bad sign.
