Question Anyone Know if Tokyo Disney Hotel Guests Can Still Get FOUR Day Parkhoppers?

On two of the occassions I've stayed at one of the three Disney hotels, and purchased a 4-day Passport, I was offered the option of paying a bit more and getting park-hopping on days 1 and 2 (as well as the normal park-hopping on days 3 and 4).

Anyone know if they're still offering this?

Yes! Me and my group purchased them when staying at the miracosta earlier this month. If memory serves me correctly, it was 18,000 yen for a 4 day park hopper, I could be off though. Cash only as well.

Is this ONLY for resort hotel guests?

I've often lamented the lack of park hoppers at TDL/TDS, especially for this coming trip, with what our plans are.

I also hate that you have to use your tickets back-to-back...we like to spread out our attractions.

The way passports for the Tokyo Resort work is:

    1 day = 1 park.
    2 days = 1 park on day 1, 1 park on day 2.
    3 days = 1 park on day 1, 1 park on day 2, parkhopping on day 3.
    4 days = 1 park on day 1, 1 park on day 2, parkhopping on days 3 and 4.

The only way around it is to buy a two-park annual passport for about 1k or buy an extra park ticket for day one or two (which I have done).

What I discovered the first time staying at The Tokyo Disneyland Hotel, and is not generally known, is that they offer you the option of making your first two days park-hopping as well for a small extra price. This is only offered at the three Disney hotels. I am not able to do this when I stay at the Hilton Tokyo Bay and purchase my tickets there. I am happy to hear you can still do this, because it means we can see Jubilation on its final day before going on hiatus during Easter Wonderland.

Another way around it is on days one and two go to one park during the day and it an after 6 passport to the other park. Then you can vist both parks in one day.

Yeah, I think that's we figured we'd have to do. We love TDS, and my husband didn't really want to go back to TDL, but I sort of wanted to see Dreamlights (if it's still running, we'll check before we leave). An After 6 pass would be perfect for a small dose of TDL...

I have to say, I've always found the passport system in Tokyo to be a little too restrictive. You just never know if you'll be interested in hitting the parks four days CONSECUTIVELY, it's a lot nicer to be able to space it out methinks.

Does anyone have the price list of these tickets?
And...I just want to justify my assumption here: does parkhopper means you can switch between two parks in day? (sorry I got such outdated knowledge :P)

    From the official site:

    1 day: 6,200

    2 Day:10,700

    3 Day:13,800 (park hop day 3)

    4 Day: 16,000 (park hop days 3 and 4)

So, a 4 day passport converts to about $191 today.

I just arrived in Japan yesterday and was concerned that the park hoppers were cash only because of this post; there was a problem with my ATM card so I was low on cash. At least at Tokyo Disneyland Hotel, you could either pay by cash or charge to the room.

I charged mine to the room, but I think they would have simply used my credit card if I asked, since the credit card is how room charges were being paid for.

By the way, the hotel is as beautiful as ever. Had a very pleasant stay aside from the food poisoning on the way courtesy of United Airlines, which killed my first four days.

I flew United too so I guess I made the right choices for my meals, or was just lucky.

Love everything here, and the multiday park hoppers were worth every yen.

Waiting now for Big Band Beat to begin...

Glad to hear you won the lottery for Big Band Beat (unless they're not using it because it's a slow week). We won the lottery and enjoyed it immensely.
