Re: Japanese Plug Adapters!
I'm almost positive that a North American plug will fit into a Japanese socket. So you can use that same adapter, I think.
Re: Japanese Plug Adapters!
puss is correct: you don't need an adapter unless your plugs are polarized (i.e., one prong wider than the other). The wide prong won't fit into a Japanese socket. Since video cameras, computers, etc., typically don't have polarized plugs, you should be fine.
Re: Japanese Plug Adapters!
You'll need an adapter if you ever go to Hong Kong DL. Their plugs are impossible to bend! Wish we had them like that here...
Re: Japanese Plug Adapters!
Cheers guys just wanted to make sure it'll be alright to charge my camera and possibly my cell phone also while Im away. The US plugs are differn't to what we use in the UK anyway but I can easily buy a US plug adapter to place over the UK plug.Do it everytime I visit the States,so should have no probs in Japan,I hope;)
