Is there a mailing address(or email) similar to a guest relations I can send a question to TDL at? There's nothing on the english site and I can't manage to find one on the japanese portion.

Or..Just go to the Post office and you will be charged the applicable rate.

But I am curious... what exactly do you want to ask them about? Maybe we could help you here, or at least give you an opinion...
