The WDW Magic Kingdom in Fantasyland was modeled to look like the old Fantasyland in Disneyland.

All I see in the Magic Kingdom's version is a few themed facades while Tokyo Disneyland's version has some colorful murals. It's not that much better in my opinion.

OF course not, how could it be that much better than Tokyo?

Oh and the fountains....they mean nothing.

What happened to respecting other peoples' opinions?

Look, I admitted it was better already so what more do you possibly want to prove?

I agree. Why doesn't Tokyo have the new Dumbo? They still have the old ones. They need to get their act together.

And why aren't people looking at the good parts of Fantasyland, like Pooh's Hunny Hunt. By far the best attraction in any Magic Kingdom, ever! Makes the other versions look cheap. And how about their Splash Mountain? The biggest and most elaborate version out of the three! If anything, the other Magic Kingdoms need to get their act together.

You see, I respect your opinion and all, but how do you figure these things? I can't make sense of your opinion system. One moment you're agreeing that only a small part of Fantasyland is worth looking at and the next you conclude that this renders the other Magic Kingdoms in need of getting their act together. How does that work?

My point was that Tokyo is getting the grander versions of attractions that we have. Therefore, I think the other Disney parks need to stop with the budget cuts and provide a quality experience.

Okay, that would be very nice indeed. But one booming E-ticket doesn't make Tokyo's Fantasyland a winner, which is what we were discussing.

Sorry, I thought that the original person I quoted meant that all of Tokyo Disneyland needed to get their act together. Or even worse, all of the Tokyo Disney Resort in general.

I know I am in the minority here, but I like the "renaissance fair" theme, especially with the Orlando / Tokyo style castle. Personally I like Tokyo FL just the way it is. Thanks to good upkeep it has a freshness which I miss at Orlando, which is closer to me. And of course, I wish we had the real Hunny Hunt and a proper exterior for Small World.

Well it's kind of impossible for TDL to get it's act together since it's been messed up from the planning stages. It was built messed up.

Built messed up? I've never been there. Please explain.

That's going a bit too far. I know you dislike Tokyo Disneyland, but there are many of us who love it. I suggest you make a trip to Japan and see it for yourself.

    Re: Fantasyland

The only big problem I have with Tokyo's Fantasyland is Dumbo . Are their any plans to put in a new Dumbo. (Possibly one with a fountain around it like in paris)
