I wonder what TDL's "Stitch's Escape" would be like.Maybe OLC can get a Honey Hunt out of it.
Could it be because it has to compete with the most mobile city in the World? Why have people movers in Tomorrowland, when you have a million train lines in the city. Seems to me the peoplemover would be a pointless attraction, especially since most guests do arrive by train. However, I do agree that TDL's Tomorrowland does suffer from that "Todayland" symdrome that all TLs suffer after a while. Yet, I think the Star Tours/Pan Galatic area in TDL's TL is one of the most future-like (space age) facades of any TL. If they expanded into that, it would much better.
Looking at Tomorrowland what ever gets added next will follow the current Sci-Fi/cartoon look.As OLC slowly turns this park into another Fantasyland.Take a look at Hong Kong Disneyland's Tomorrowland as thats the future.
I would not be suprised to see Tom Sawyer Island get the Piate makeover if it proves a hit at Disneyland.
How popular is "The Mickey Mouse Revue" at TDL? I really enjoyed it on my recent trip, and was glad to get to see this classic attraction from my childhood. There was a pretty good crowd there the night I saw it too. The Mickey Mouse Audio-Animatronic was very impressive, and it was neat to get to see many classic Disney characters as Auto-Animatronics.
I was just reading in the current AllEars newsletter though that when this attraction was at WDW's MK in the 1970's, it never really caught guests' attentions and drew very small crowds until it closed in 1980.
Getting to experience this show and 20,000 Leagues under the Sea were two attractions I was most excited about when I arrived in Tokyo. It's nice to know some of the attractions we used to enjoy can still be found at other Disney parks.
"Mickey Mouse Revue" had a new character added a couple of weeks ago.

I think stitch would suit TDL better than most of Disney Magic Kingdom style parks. For one, Stich is very popular in Japan. On my last visit I saw more stitch merchandise than any other Disney Icon and it was not even the special stitch event that is going on now.
The Japanese would lap up a Stictch atrraction, even it was as bad as the current Stitch attractions. I hope if they go with Stitch, OLC would invest in something good!
