Tokyo Jungle Cruise Question

Because of the generosity of Skips from Tokyo and WDW the Skips of the Disneyland JC amassed a small collection of souvenirs from the other Jungles. We were given a map insert from Tokyo, and Fastpasses from WDW. HK hadn't opened yet so all we had were articles and pictures from Imagineering previews. Properly themed and framed they serve as a reminder to our Skippers that the Jungle Cruise is in 4 of the 5 Kingdoms! We wanted to share. We prepared 3 packages.

We gave Tokyo some WDW Fastpasses, copies of the HK pictures, and our own little souviner, one of our maps. Most people think that map came from Imagineering... it was drawn by one of our own Skips, Imagineering loved it and approved it for our little Magic Moments! We snapped a few pictures of the crew and also some pictures of what we had done with everything (framed, themed, and well placed). I talked a friend in City Hall into translating a thank you message into Japanese and off it went via internal mail.

The entire thread is on the Disneyland forum. I just wanted to know if anything we sent to our friends overseas in the Tokyo JC ever made it. I'll try to keep an eye on this thread but if you know something please message me.

That must have been a fun reunion. Unfortunately, I don't think any Japanese Jungle Cruise CM's visit this forum. Or, if they do, they don't post.

The thought being that if anyone either lives there (Military etc.) or is planning a trip there anytime soon hopefully they would ask about it.

I can ask some of the skippers during my next visit. What exactly should I be asking them? :-) Do you happen to know of any of the Japanese crew members' names?

Look for the Disneyland Jungle Cruise map and the Florida Jungle Cruise FastPasses. We didn't know anyone specifically there so we labeled it specifically for the Attraction with a note in Japanese explaining what it was and pictures of our Jungle Cruise and what we did with our stuff.
