Ugh I cannot stand videos that constantly skip ahead through the entire parade especially a brand new parade.
the ho ho ho... fa la la la la... la la la la la.. stuff makes the loops sound have finished :P could've been one of the top xmas parade music loops otherwise heh.
and i'm glad to see santa mickey instead of stitch or even a real santa heh

^ I think the ho ho ho's and fa la la's in question are meant for audience participation. I don't mind it that much. The soundtrack is certainly much better than last year's.
I'll wait for a few more videos (and pictures) before I give a complete opinion, though. That was a poorly filmed video, IMHO. It's hard to get an accurate look at a parade when more than half of it is a video of Chip & Dale. Though I think I saw a few new costumes and some new floats, too! It's good they didn't completely reuse stuff for the parade this year.

I haven't seen the video in person but I do like the music so far. I'll be at TDR from Wednesday to Friday (staying at the Ambassador) and hope to have full coverage on my website by the end of the weekend. Wish me luck!

Personally I throught the video was a decent efort. Who ever shot it was obviously sat down which in itself can make recording a parade video quite difficult and there obviously wanted to fit the entire footage on to one video, as for the reason for the skipping.
As for parade this year I think its an improvement compared to last years Christmas parade. New soundtrack is great and did anyone else notice that some of the floats had a differnt version of the parade track, kind of like the current moving on. Also while it was cool to see Mickey end the parade I think I caught a sight of Santa on the Toon Town float.
Joe have a great couple of days at the Resort and look foward to the coverage that will be up at the Weekend. I can picture you now dancing along to the show mode.
I hope to visit TDR on nov 14th and be there all day to photograph the Xmas events.

heh i KNEW they'd use meli kelikimaka from last year's parade for it.
Here is a video of TDL on the 6th of November, the night before the Christmas event began. As you can already see plenty of decorations all ready up in preparation!
