    Wikimapia

Ok, I was having fun with wikimapia and took a look at TDL. You can zoom in close enough to make out idividual people. Very cool.

However there is an issue. Most of the tags are in Japanese or lack info or are just plain wrong. I have never been there myself so I cannot change anything with any fair amount of accuracy.

Anyone feel up to the task of properly labeling TDL?

Very cool. I've added some descriptions myself.

Cool, I made the round-up. Never did that before. Edited OP to include a link to TDL on wikimapia. Just zoom in and label to your hearts content.

Cool....I'd love to see someone stitch those photos together into one giant aerial shot. If I wasn't so lazy I'd do it myself

It is one giant aerial shot.....of the planet. The whole wikimapia site is a bunch of satilite photos of various resolutions stitched together. Hell, if you know where to look you can find adjacent areas that have pics taken at two different times. The snow on the ground in one section is a dead give away.

Keep in mind however, many of the sat pics are years old and they do get updated on occasion.

Huh, so that's what the Water Goddess's barge looks like in the day time.

So, who's gonna label it as such?

How about trying the guess the approximate month/year when that overhead shot could have been taken? Any guesses?

It was the year before Mythica made it's debute. I know that much, because you can see the crown barge being put together backstage, as well as one of the Porto Paradiso ships.

EDIT: Spoted the Princess Day parade when they had that huge train and Minnie was in the center! That should date it somewhat!

Also, you can see that Tower of Terror is still under construction and ground just being broken for the Tokyo Disneyland Hotel.

Commenting is all well and good, but where is the labeling?

Right, right. Good clues all. And of course, the stage for "Rhythms of the World" is visible. Now, which month/year could it be?

That will probably come once we date the photos.

Is this the set for Rhythms of the World? I can't tell.

EDIT: Should have posted that a minute earlier, but thanks for confirming that Joe.
