September Travel - what days should I go to TDR?

We will have any of the days between Sept 16 - 27 to visit TDR for 4 days. However Sept 20th and 23rd are national holidays. Which days would be best to go? Right now the plan is Sept 21 - 24th (Tues - Friday)

Your best bet would be to go the 21st-24th. It's in the middle of the week and it won't be as "busy" as the national holiday or the weekend. Just remember their definition of "busy" is a bit different there since there's so many people in Tokyo. But overall the weekdays will be the least busy.
