I've been trying really hard to avoid the spoilers, but I've seen a few of the sneek peeks. Those usually don't give out too much information.
So, just to remind everybody: The night kicks of at 8:00pm with an hour-long recap of the entire series (but that "What?" video that someone posted from Youtube last season can't be beat, IMO). Then, from 9:00pm to 11:00pm, we get to see the first two episodes!

So first observation is the new Flash structure. Are character flashbacks/forwards gone forever or just this episode.

I love that they opened with Dr. Candle. Was trying to guess who it was and just couldn't guess it. And what is Daniel doing in Dr. Candle's day.

ETHAN!!!!!!!! This whole time travel thing really throws the entire show upside down in what it can do. So many possibilities and I just cannot wait to see where they go with this.

I'm also liking the new flash structure between island and reality. Also liked Daniel's skipping turntable reference.

Man... Sayid just went all Ninja on us. A shame Hurley had to pick up the gun like that though.

The moment Daniel saw her nose bleed I yelled at the TV... Daniel.... Desmond is your constant. Thank goodness he remembered to look in his journal and told Desmond what he told him. And thank goodness even more that Desmond remembered and complied. Love how he and Penny are still in the story.
