Re: The "What TV show did you just see?" thread

Some more season 4 episodes of X-Files:
  • Paper Hearts
  • El Mundo Gira
  • Leonard Betts
These were 3 episodes I've never seen before, when the show was still on TV.

After finishing watching "Bloodline" off my DVD tonight, I've finally caught up on all of this season's "Smallville" episodes.

Re: The "What TV show did you just see?" thread

Just watched Wednesday night's "Life On Mars". So sad that the show's getting better as its about to get the axe. But unlike the way they mishandled "Daisies", the good folks at Disney/ABC to allow the final episodes of this show to air.

Re: The "What TV show did you just see?" thread

Just watched the last two episodes of Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles.

After kind of lacking the last few episodes, they've seemed to pick up quite a bit.

I was pissed they threw in a "To Be Continued"

True Blue Stories. This is a series on FSN that came out last year but which I'm seeing for the first time. They were produced to coincide with the 50th Anniversary of the Los Angeles Dodgers. Last night I watched the episode "1986 - 1990" which includes coverage of the 1988 "Miracle at Chavez Ravine" World Series Champion team. Because each episode covers 5 years in 30 minutes, there wasn't nearly enough time for them to cover 1988 which is what I really wanted to see.

"Inner Child", Fringe. This series isn't quite as good as Lost or Alias, the other JJ Abrams sci-fi shows, but it's kept me pretty interested.

Re: The "What TV show did you just see?" thread

This week…

The last two episodes on the final disc of my "Firefly" Blu-ray. Man, I forgot how much the later episodes really rocked! Just as it got cancelled, of course (Boo, Fox!).

An episode of "Castle" that I had recorded on my DVR. The one about the prep school kids.

And "Hit Man: David Foster & Friends" a PBS special that was also on my DVR. I enjoyed most of it. It was fun hearing all his 80's hits again.

I started watching "King Lear" too from PBS's "Great Performances" tonight, but turned it off after fifteen minutes. It's getting late and I'm (yawn) tired.
