Favorite Family Guy Episode/Flashback?

Simple enough.

Where once the Simpsons was my favorite show, Family Guy has now topped it and has me rolling in about every episode!!

For those that don't know or haven't seen the show.....

The whole concept, or running gag, with every episode is there is some sort of flashback that one of the characters brings up. "Like that time when....." followed by a funny scene. And this is all within some storyline created by the writers. Most of it revolves around Peter's stupidity, or baby Stewie's attempt for world domination.

But I want to know what everyone's favorite episode, scene, or flashback is from this hilarious show.

One of mine is.....

The two part episode where Stewie Kills Lois/Lois Kills Stewie.

During the trial scene, where Peter is found guilty for killing Lois, Chris, Meg, & Brian the dog each say "Oh no!" one at at time. Right after Brian says it, Kool-Aid crashes through the wall saying "Oh Yeah!"

Everyone is just staring at Kool-Aid, who slowly backs out during this awkward moment.

Then the judge bangs his gavel and says "Will everyone please stop shouting out Oh no in my courtroom, or that "effin"(the F-word is bleeped out here) Kool-Aid will just keep crashin in here!"

Hubby likes it when they put Conway Twitty in.

"Likethe time Peter was reading that book of his!"
-cut to Peter in an attic a la Neverending Story-
-inside the book, Peter is riding Falkor-
Peter: Yeah!
Falkor: Peter! I can't handle the weight!
Peter: Yeah!
Falkor:We're going down!
Peter: Yeah!
-Falkor crashes-
Peter: Yeah!

Or Stewie: I thought we would be together forever like Eva Braun and Adolph Hitler!
-cut to WW2 bunker-
Hitler: OK, on the count of three, we take these cyanide pills. One... Two... Three!
Eva: You didn't take yours!
Hitler: You were going to let me take it by myself!
they laugh
Hitler: OK really now. One... Two...
Both go to take the pills, but just point at each other: Aaaaaaah!!!

Yes, love that episode, we have it on dvd. Any FG fan needs to get that and check out the bonus features. There's a collection of all the Star Wars spoofs/flashbacks throughout the series.

There's also the Poltergiest spoof. And the part where the tree is attacking Chris. Enter the perverted old guy who chases the tree off, and it spoofs the "You Shall Not Pass" part in the Lord of the Rings.

When Brian takes Meg to her prom. He drinks the entire time, makes out with Meg then pukes on the floor. Says that is wasn't her, it was the booze. Then looks at the barf pile and asks if she is going to eat that.

Great episode.

It's now got my wife and I saying awhile, with emphasis on the H.

Just saw the episode where Chris gets expelled from school, and that scene with Peter & the big yellow rooster/chicken that are fighting all over town, creating mayhem and chaos!

Re: Favorite Family Guy Episode/Flashback?

One of their most recent episodes "Stew-Roids" had me rolling the whole time. I loved it.

Re: Favorite Family Guy Episode/Flashback?

Sean McFarlane is a very creative guy, and that shows in the success of Family Guy.

I am late to this party, and I miss most of the new shows on Sundays...so I'm trying to catch up a bit through TBS and reruns on Channel 5 in LA.

It's a very clever show. The jokes and references come so fast sometimes that I need to use the buttons on my DVR remote just to slow it down and keep up!

Sorry, aiden's daddy, I really don't have a favorite scene as of yet.

But I just wanted to say...and maybe I'm showing my age here...I could really do without the gross stuff (like barf) that shows up just about once an episode. Those really turn me off, and they really don't need to resort to that as good as the show is.

Thanks for giving me this opportunity,

NP Barry! And this party is just getting started. I recommend DVR or TiVo if you have either. Family Guy is on like 4 stations here locally. Besides TBS and Channel 5 KTLA, it's also on Cartoon Network at 11:30pm and midnight. And of course, there's Fox 11. We have Time Warner and the DVR allows to have recorded on all channels that show up on the guide, for both new and repeats. It's recording a bunch and filling up my DVR, so much I'm having trouble keeping up. Haven't had time to watch all of them.

Re: Favorite Family Guy Episode/Flashback?

Two separate scenes, to cause my wife to watch 2 separate John Hughes' films today.

The one episode where Stewie gets sick on sacrimental wine in church, everyone thinks he's possessed, so it causes the Griffens to leave town and head to Texas. In the episode, for some reason, Chris and Meg have to go to the Bush ranch to steal a pair of Dubbyah's underwear. Later, Chris is showing off the pair to a bunch of Texan rednecks, like the scene in Sixteen Candles.

And the episode where all the teens in Quahog are getting high on a new drug craze caused by licking the backs of Columbian toads. Peter goes undercover as a student at James Woods High, as Lando Griffen. At one point, he walks into a room, the library I think, gasps and says "It's the breakfast club!" And it shows Toucan Sam, Tony the Tiger, the Trix Rabbit, Lucky the Leprachaun, and Captain Crunch sitting on the floor, getting high on marijuana, and BS'ing!

Where the Griffin's are on a road trip (can't remember where they were going) and Peter needs to "use the facilities". Sees all the billboards, signs, etc. referencing bathroom needs. And then he races through the Indian casino shouting "I'm not gonna make it" "It's going to be a photo finish, Lois!:
