![]() | Re: Top Chef - Las Vegas I actually liked Masters and hope it returns next year, As for Vegas what a fun start. I have missed Padma.
Spoiler
I would have liked to see the Latina girl stay and see what else she would have come up with. The person who should have gone was the blonde girl who made made the "complex" Dish.

Everyone was a good chef, so where is the tension? As for Vegas, I will say that it renewed my faith in Wolfgang Puck. I still wouldn't eat in his restaurants, but he is hilarious! Especially when he threw the donut across the room.

![]() | Re: Top Chef - Las Vegas True there was not as much tension, but there was plenty of excitment and other factors which were fun to see. The owner of Roy's having not been in a grocery store in many years. I thought that was great. Plus the fact some of these Chefs have not been in the trenches or cooking by themselves was fun to watch. I also enjoyed how they gave each other respect in the kitchen. |

I think that's an easy thing to say and then use it in cooking. And the over complicated yet simple lady she reminds me of Melissa from the Hosea season. Eh. I missed Padma, hated that Kelly girl (there was something to her smile/calm face that I didn't like. Can't explain it...). |

![]() | Re: Top Chef - Las Vegas Enjoyed Top Chef Masters, I loved who won, and I loved the respect they showed eachother. I am so thrilled that the regular Top Chef is on again. Looks like a really good crop of contestants this season. I was okay with who left last night, that thing looked icky... I know it's hard to tell from where we sit, but it really looked like they said it tasted. |

But I did like how friendly and fun all the chefs were. ...unlike the guy on regular Top Chef who is anti-women. I hope he goes soon!! There are too many people now for me to really get a feel for them though.

![]() | Re: Top Chef - Las Vegas TC was much better this week, I still don't like Las vegas as a their base. I have nothing against LV but for this show it just seems cheesy. I would like them to try something different next year, maybe Montreal or even Paris. I would love to see the chef try to find ingredients in some of the stores in Paris. I know from experience it took myself and my wife 20 minutes just to find cream for our coffee and we still were not 100% sure we had the right thing. Come to think of it their is a Whole foods in London, I saw one near Kensington Palace. |
