Grinchmas at Universal Studios Hollywood!

On Sunday, December 21, 2008; I was able to go to Universal Studios Hollywood to see the hype about Grinchmas!

In this area there is a Christmas tree and snow that people can walk on and throw at people.

I wonder how they made snow?

Next up the tram ride!

If you have been on the tram ride before you should recognize this area. This is where they film the movie How the Grinch Stole Christmas.

The tram stop in this area and lots of character sing and dance at this area. It was short but different and creative.

The park was not too busy. Just the usual wait for the tram was about 15 minutes. Simpsons was 30 - 45 minutes and the Mummy was only a 10 minute wait.

Cool pics! Looks like a lot of fun. I'll have to try to make it out next year. Universal is generally pretty high quality, and this event looks to be just that! Thanks for sharing

Great pictures! Thanks for posting! Looks like a lot of fun. My brother used to work at the Hollywood Freezway ice cream parlor in the City Walk many moons ago. I remember he got a Merry Grinchmas ball cap to wear; it was awesome!
