I was reading an article about the new ride at USH, and it said construction was to begin this month on it. Any news regarding the transformers ride starting construction this month? Thanks!

Did you mean to say "construction" or "constructicon"? I'd accept either.

I didn't know of this attraction's existence until now. It's funny because I was just watching Transformers the other day and thought it would make a cool ride at Universal. I won't get too excited though - Universal tends to skimp out on their rides. Revenge of the Mummy looked really cool when photos and promotional art were released, but it ended up being fairly disappointing. We'll see about this one though. Does anyone know where it will be located in the park?
EDIT: Nevermind, I just read they're replacing Backdraft with this. USH is in desperate need of some new, high-quality attractions.

Supposedly, the attraction will be similar to Universal Orlando and Universal Japan's Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man attraction (essentially a simulator on wheels, but capable of spinning 360*) using both 3D film and special effects. The rumor going around is that the attraction will use fire effects heavily, since the current Backdraft building is designed to handle lots of flames.
Oh 3d sounds good but it would just be screens and effects Its sounds good and bad.

If it's anything like Spider-Man, it'll be amazing.
Unlike a certain Midway Mania where there are no fully realized dimensional sets, SpiderMan is comprised mostly of dimensional sets, only using screens for the main scenes featuring the characters. I would advise you to check out a youtube video of Spiderman, but videos don't do the attraction justice. You have to see it in person to understand the complexity of it.
Well i just looking at a video and looks pretty complex and looks amazing i wanna ride lol.
