    Kids Swimming in front of Universal Studios

    Anyone else ever see something like this before?

    I think it is a cultural difference. That happens here in Orlando every now and then with some people from South America.

    all the time, i work at the annual pass center across from it! we tell them not to do it, and they still do. Then we tell them we will call security. Dont worry; we clean that thing every morning around 8 am haha

    I lived in Ukraine for a while, and in Ukraine public fountains like the one pictured above are meant for public recreation. So it isn't beyond reason that they are just not aware that here in the States they are for looking, not playing.

    It's funny to see the reaction of US Travel show hosts when they encounter people playing in the fountains throughout Europe... again it is a culture shift more than anything else...

    Not only have I seen kids swimming infront of Universal, but I have also seen them swimming in small fountains around city walk (like the small fountain in front of Hard Rock Cafe).

    naw i get it. if im paying 60 bucks to only be able to go on 5 rides i would go swimming to. i mean who hasnt watched waterworld and had the urge to jump into water? they should put a fake shark fin in there. that would get them

    When I lived near the park, I was there several times a month, but I never saw that.
