thank you for posting this. i knew it was spring 2012 as well, glad that video guarentees that it will be open. alot of our bosses were telling us to tell people by summer haha
^wrong thread has nothing to do with Halloween Horror Nights 2011
The next announcement comes out sometime tomorrow.
We now announce that....the Terror Tram will be back ;)
I'm with you on hoping they put together another show. I'd even be happy with an updated version of Beetlejuice's Graveyard Revue. The problem with USH seems to be that they write the Bill & Ted show way too early so sometimes the jokes aren't funny anymore come October. For example, 2 years ago when they did a Land of the Lost parody. Somehow I think that was written before they realized that movie would bomb and no one would get the references. I hope this year's show isn't a Green Lantern parody with a ton of Charlie Sheen jokes.
OP has been updated to include new maze announcement (Hostel) as well as an update on The Thing.
Also it has been confirmed USH HHN starts September 23.
Glad Hostel will be making it's way to HHN 2011. Cant wait to see this one in person, I bet it's going to be very bloody. lol
Next maze announcement is tomorrow afternoon.
"The next maze will be announced tomorrow, during the day. Which means you can all go to sleep, unless your nightmares are keeping you awake. ;)" USH
Well I can only hope if it is Nightmare on elm street then it better not be the craptacular remake version.
^I love Freddy and all.....its just put him to rest for a few years.....the same villain year after year IS not scary
murdy also said "And lastly, a little advise. I have the soul of a carny & am full of trickery. Read between the lines. Things are not always as they appear"
with that in mind there are some Nightmare on Elm Street and Evil Dead connections
1. In ED2 there is a Freddy glove in the BASEMENT, where a TAPE plays. this was done as an homage to the original NoES which has ED1 playing on a TV.
2. Evil Dead was originally a short called The Woods...NOT ORIGNALLY A MOVIE, BUT BECAME ONE
3. the phrase "REIGN OF TERROR" often refers to Nightmare on Elm Street
however...there are also a lot of The Walking Dead connections to the hints as well:
1. Steven is the first name of one of the actors
2. HEADMASTER is the name of a Zombie Survival Kit sold on the interwebs
3. The guy who drew The Walking Dead poster also few the BTTF/INDY posters
all in all, its gotta be one of these two...but....which...one
glad we won our maze tour via the The Thing maze...i think that one was WAY easier to guess than this one is
