The vehicles are exactly like Spider-man, so 12 riders.

Well, if the vehicles are going to be like Spiderman, wouldn't they have to alter the design to allow them to travel through a multi-story building? That sounds like a demand that will be placed on these vehicles that the Spidey vehicles don't have to worry about, since I think that ride is all on one level.

And Harry Potter is a little over a year old and, as I stated before, those vehicles seat a whopping four. FOUR.

    Not when they're using elevators.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but the construction photos have made it look like there will only be one elevator and thus the vehicle will have to travel on some sort of hill either up or down. Again, I may be wrong, but it seems like that will be the case and thus they may not be carbon copies of the spiderman vehicles to meet that new demand.
    Disneyland Wooooh!

Going up and down in elevators (on what would have to be some kind of detachable track) is also something the Spidey "scoops" do not have to do. Are we sure the vehicles might not be like the "Curse of Darkastle" ones, or the ones from the "Speed of Magic" ride at the Ferrari park in Dubai(i.e., designed like Spidey, clearly from the same design company, but with lower capacity)? I guess we'll know for sure when the softs start happening in Singapore which will hopefully be next month.

Still, the vehicles don't have to be different on the hardware side. They will seat 12 riders. The elevator system has nothing to do with the vehicles (aside from proxy sensors on the track to ensure the vehicle is in the elevator before it moves. But that's no different, because there are proxy sensors all over the track anyways.)

We can only hope the queue in the US is as nice as Singapore. Everything there is that nice (aside for a few areas). I was blown away by the level of detail in Singapore's Universal Studios.
