Jurassic Park Refurb, taking a bit too long?

Hey guys,went to Universal studios Hollywood yesterday and noticed that the T-Rex before the drop is still covered by a trash bag. I visited in March and April and it's been that way since, anybody have any knowledge as to why? Does the work on that animatronic usually take that long?

Yes. I have seen the trash bag for way too long already.

I think they will have it fix by summer or by the time Transformers officially open on Memorial Day weekend.

I work there and I didn't know it was under refurb.

Anyway, as stated, it should be fixed by May 25th for Transformers opening.

I think if Tf is a sucess in Hollywood a big refurb will be in plans with Dm next year or 2 year's to go against the possible collosus refurb with Rocky mt coaster company so i think.

The ride usually goes down this time of year for a quick refurb, but I don't think it ever fully went down this year.

I went today, the opening of TF is less than a week away and it still not working. Now there is a hole in the trash bag and you can see some mechanics...

It annoyed me when I saw the plastic. Has it been fixed yet,
or did Universal Hollywood recently hire someone from Disney World? (Kidding--sort of.)
Then again we did ride it repeatedly, so I guess it's nice the ride is open while they're fixing it.
(No, Disney Yeti masters, you do not get the same pass because you have not been fixing the Yeti for, what, 3, 4 years?)

They might as well make some money from Glad or Hefty: "Can our trash back contain an angry T-Rex?!"

Although I do find it annoying that is still hasn't been fixed,in their defense, they havent been able to go down for their annual rehab for 2 years thanks to transformers.

On the bright side, it will be coming back on May 25th.
