I would expect a late 2013 opening. It shouldn't take any longer than that.

It made $543,113,985 at the global box office on a $69 million budget, and was generally well received. Saying a flop like Waterworld was more popular is... well... not accurate. And DM has a sequel on the way.

It's currently on target for a holiday 2013 opening, somewhere around Thanksgiving.

Somebody said the ride system will be different, which just has to be untrue. The rumor about two theaters, however, I have heard before.

OK.So,Terminator 2,I like to enjoy it,and then when the attraction got "Terminated",The minions will take over it.

That is kind of funny that Terminator got Terminated

I wonder how long the USF and USJ versions will last. Japan and Florida both have huge projects that have nothing to do with the space T2 is in, so both are safe for at least the next few years.

the USF version is about to get some TLC (thanks to the Hollywood version closing). Personally what I have heard from people who are in the show is that for the next few years at least their jobs are safe.

Transformers, Potter, Springfield are opening between now and 2014.

After Potter opens i would expect a few other closures, but not T2.

So it is kind of a low priority right now.
