Not a shocker. Information about this was out way before that press release. USH is becoming Potterland Hollywood.

Yeah, definitely not suprised. Although it's a great show, it's seriously dated.
Princess of Agrabah and Queen of Never Land
Just saw Waterworld for the first time in December and so happy I did! The show was great, but I do have to agree about it being dated. The crazy part is that the show as packed! Most of the "Splash Zone" areas were empty, but that was to be expected as it was a very chilly night.
Here's hoping that the new land does the area justice. Of course, if it's Potter-themed I'm sure it will do just fine.

So, the Waterworld area and the amphitheater area is the rumored area where Harry Potter is going to be built? That doesn't seem like a whole lot of spaceThe lack of space at USH doesn't exactly build up my confidence for this project.

Great show. But I'm glad USH is pretty much almost done getting rid of their dated attractions.
Even my parents couldn't believe Terminator was there for as long as it was.
I wonder since Water World is popular among tourists to the park. Would they create another show Potter themed I am assuming.
Always read the fine print.
I am very curious what attractions will turn up. I wouldn't discount the possiblily of a show being one. Although if it's going to match close to the quality of the Forbidden Journey it may need to be indoors to allow for more graphics and special effect infrastructure.
Although I don't kow the status of this in USO, they are making use of Amity Island the Jaws Attraction. So there could be a water show being built there too?
Jaws was demolished. No water attractions.
And don't count on a major show of any sort. They can't use any recognizable characters in live form. Rowling won't allow it.
