Um...so I googled this...just to see if I am mistaken and you are talking about a legendary Asian hero of folklore and not Ho Chi Minh the Vietnamese Communist Revolutionary. All I got was the Communist Revolutionary. Care to share the story of this person? Or did you just pick a name you knew to be part of the "far east"?

I'm picturing the Robin Williams jokes about Mickey Mao right about now.
I made up the character. It is just a coincidence that it sounds a lot like the Communist revolutionary.

Casa Bonita is a real restaurant, it wasn't just made up for the South Park episode:
Casa Bonita - the fun Mexican restaurant in Denver

I generally don't see a South Park ride being a great idea in general, as you're either going to have to present a neutered version of the show, or build something that's going to offend a large percentage (and potentially a majority) of your customers. As well, it just doesn't fit with the generally wholesome, nostalgic feel of something like Toon Lagoon.

The ride will be a neutered version of the show.

At that point, the ride ceases to have an audience. People that would be offended would simply avoid the ride, and fans of the show would find the ride a joke and avoid it as well.
