Question What Mazes and Scare Zones do you want to see this year???

I know its like 8 month away but what scary zones and mazes would you like to see at Horror Nights this year?

For me I would like to see Saw return on the bottom lot, with the Pig Masks guys.

I would like to see the "normal" Horror Walk through become themed for the Wolfman movie.

At the old Wild West show th house will return but this time Freddy will be taking you through a nightmare. Or a maze based off Paranormal activities.

And then the maze next to shrek....Idk I would like to see Freddy so if the house is used for another maze but Freddy here.

    As for Scare Zone!

Keep the Freaks, Pig Masks, and the rest can be changed to anything (hopefully scarier)

So what do you guys want to see this yar at horror nights.

considering universal did Freddy mazes for 2 years straight prior to last year, i have my doubts you'll see him returning this year.

i'd like to see the Halloween maze return, it was by far one of the most amazingly detailed mazes i've ever been in with amazing characters (those dr. loomis' were OUTSTANDING) and just a joy to walk thru

as to what might be coming this year, John Murdry (creative director for HHN) said a while ago on his twitter that he likes to find horror franchises with great locales and a recognizable villian...i think the Jeepers Creepers movies fit that and it would be interesting to see how they could put their spin on a corn-type maze after Knott's pretty much butchered theirs this past year

also, when we went to HHN Orlando in 2007 they had a Dead Silence maze that was perhaps the greatest maze i've EVER gone thru, would love to see it here on this coast

Planning's already started. May John and the Crew bring forth as much scary mayhem as last year, and then some.

Personally, the only thing I really want to see is one more year of the Halloween maze- everything else is gravy. Thick. Bloody. Gravy.

I would love the park to add two or three more mazes to the line up like USO does. And maybe instead of all movie mazes build some original ones too. That would be pretty cool. =)
Cant wait to go this year.

^not much room to add more mazes but maybe they could add one more but I don't see more than one being added.

before HHN Hollywood went on hiatus they had a lot more mazes, we went the last year in 2000 and i believe there were 5 or 6 that year. Universal has tons of room for them, between backlot and soundstages.

in 2000 they had Clive Barker's Harvest, Rob Zombie's House of 1000 Corpses, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, a WWF maze and a classic Universal Monsters maze...if not one more, but those are the ones i remember

Can't wait for this year! Hopefully they'll have six this year. (Which sounds like they will!)

Freakazoid! A Vaulter!!!! Glad to see you on MiceChat!!!

I agree about Halloween, by far one of the best mazes that should return. I just have to get through that one again. If NOES comes back this year, I won't cry about it. Everything else, I'm hoping for new. I hope Wolfman doesn't get his own maze. He can get HoH and a portion on the Terror Tram but other than that, I'm just disappointed with the new Wolfie all together. Bring back Welcome to Hell, it should be the staple of the event for now on.

I personally don't think it would be that bad having a Wolfman maze. I think it would be pretty cool. Sure, the movie was a bomb, but that shouldn't stop them from using their own property. I mean, how many Universal characters have had their own maze outside of House of Horrors? None. I think it's only fair USH should have a full-fledged maze on their own property. Not to mention it's in Hollywood!

I also agree with the Halloween maze making a come back. It was simply the best maze EVER.

I'd like to see something along the lines of the Wolfman. I think it could work really well for parts of the Terror Tram. I actually enjoyed the movie.

As long as the Wolfman doesn't "tip tooooooooe to the windooooooow, by the windoooooow, that is where I'll be, so tip toooooooe through the tulips, with meeeeeeeeeeeee... AHHHHHH" like he did in the movie.

Re: What Mazes and Scare Zones do you want to see this year???

HHN 2010 UPDATE: Someone asked on Twitter if they will have an opening scareamony like they had in Welcome to Hell last year. Murdy's response was: ""Hopefully. I liked that piece last year. Will be a new theme though."

Sounds like we're getting all-new stuff this year!
