The Simpsons ride.... whats up with it?

The Lost Continent was based on the old mythic stories. Sinbad is definitely a character from literature as are the Gods. HP is technically going to be based on the books, but they're going to bring in lots of things from the movies as well. So I guess they can still say all their islands are based on literature of some form, but now they have movie influences in them as well.

Um, Dudley Do-right is a cartoon. So not everything is literature.

I wish Universal Hollywood was like Universal Orlando. I remember when I got a free annual pass, I only went like 2 or 3 times, problem with USH is that once you go, you can finish everything in a day and you don't feel like going again becuase it would feel very reptitive, it's nothing like Universal Orlando.

Well one plus that USH has, is that it is in Hollywood. Sure, Universal Orlando is a working studios but as much as used to be.

While TV is his true medium, he has also been featured in comic books, mainly in the Rocky and Bullwinkle comics. However he did have his own series for a few years.

Yup. Why exactly did they name the new coaster at USF Hollywood Rip It, Ride it, Rockit (very lame name IMO)? If Hollywood gets it (never gonna happen, this is just some wishful thinking), would it be Orlando Rip It, Ride It, Rockit? (still lame.)

Also, I wouldn't be surprised if Simpsons doesn't get much over at USH. The opening date seems to be coming too fast to get the level of clutter a USF has (in a good way).

I dont know why, but I have a feeling that Universal Studios Hollywood is going to be getting the lower end of the bargain (in terms of the facade) once again.

ugh. I bet they aren't going to get the 3D Simpsons Ride Vehicle or the cool Banners either. It's too bad Hollywood always gets the short end of the stick, but I guess it's still a new attraction, so I'm ok until I see it in June.

What exactly is different about the simpsons ride? It's the Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage of Universal Studios.

Honestly, Orlando's is overdone. They put up more stuff than they needed to.

It only appears that way because of the construction walls. Once those go down it will look more bare.
