Casey is the artist behind the Vinylmation™ - The Nightmare Before Christmas series. Please note that this session was originally scheduled for Saturday, September 11.

They're already on sale on disneystore.com. Looks like they're open box, since they are selling them individually, not blind boxed. The only one I really like the look of is Santa. The rest aren't very good IMO.
