I was at the Disney Store earlier and found that the Urban 5 series priced at $12.95.
I didn't see anything special about the Urban 5 figures, so I was wondering if this is
signaling a general price increase.
I didn't buy them. I got a few Toy Story boxes instead.
Park series 5 is $12.95 as well. Pretty much it's a general price increase.
looks like I will have to find something else to spend my money on.
I felt guilty at buying them at $9.95. $12.95 is way more than I want
to spend on a piece of painted plastic. most of the newer sets only have
one or two that I would want to keep as it is.
They just killed a good thing, by being too greedy.
Yes, I am not even buying as much as before due to this.
Sad. Can't keep a good thing going... gotta squeeze some more money out of it...as if $10 for something that probably costs them pennies to make doesnn't provide a big enough profit. I'll still buy vinylmation, but I can say that most of my purchases will be from ebay to make sure i get the ones I want... not $13 for something I don't really like.
That sucks.
Toy Story 3 is my first collection and now prices are going up.

Holiday Series #2 were only $9.95 a few weeks ago when I picked some up. They were released after Park #5 but before Urban #5.
The newer series (Park 5 and after) are $12.95. The older series are $9.95.
