Got my blu ray copy of Tangled. Easily one of my all time favorites. Rapunzel is defiantly my favorite princess.

    Tangled

Really enjoyed it. I wasn't so high on it from the previews, but it was very well done. Two Thumbs Up

X2. I was disappointed in them to say the least.

TANGLED -- Still holds up very well on repeat viewings, but I must admit, Mother Gothel grates on my nerves. Very hateable character.

BAMBI -- Definitely a movie that was underappreciated when I was a kid. This movie never fails to put a smile on my face.

I decided to see Rango today. I was kind of concerned in the first few minutes, but once he got into the desert it was terrific. I can see this film being in the race for best animated movie at the next Oscars.

X3. But I kinda expected that. Disney is stingy with the bonus features til the movie re-releases or reaches 'Diamond' status.

Tangled - My second time seeing it, first time on Blu. A really fun flick! And now I see what Coheteboy meant. While I was entertained by the talking heads making-of feature, it wasn't a true making-of feature. Watched the 50 Countdown bonus so far too. May watch the extended songs and deleted scenes someday, but there's not much left to really see after that. Skimpy!

Diary of a Wimpy Kid 2: Rodrick Rules

If you enjoyed the first one, you'll like this one, too. I think the grownups laughed more than the kids in our group.

Yup. And I love Zach and Mandy but... their striking good looks can only take us so far. I was really tired of the "aimed to the kiddies" approach of this DVD. What happened to the meat and potatoes making of?? What happened to the trip to Fantasyland for inspiration? Where's the interviews with all of the GREAT GREAT ARTISTS??? Geez, for once I know many who worked on this movie and they don't even get their time to shine.

PIRANHA -- Gore and Boobs and Christopher Lloyd. Need I say more?

A bunch, all from my DVD/Blu-Ray library. I finally hooked-up my Blu-Ray player I got thru Disney Movie Rewards

The Bourne Trilogy - (on DVD) My dad hasn't seen them yet so while he was visiting a couple weeks ago I put them on. We got into it that we actually watch Identity and Supremacy back-to-back - we very rarely watch back-to-back movies. The following day we wrapped it up with Ultimatum. Cool flicks.

The Ten Commandments - (on DVD) The new restoration looks great. I never seen the movie in its entirety. It is long and it is slower paced but I really enjoyed it. I'm an Indiana Jones fan and a sucker for Egyptian antiquities so that's what kept my attention going. I really liked Yul Brynner in here, he was a pretty good Ramses.

TRON - On Blu-Ray - looks great, although there is still grain visible, but it is an older movie. Always get a kick out of the Pac-man cameo.

TRON Legacy - On Blu-Ray. Awesome. Love this movie. Looks great on Blu-Ray, but nothing beats watching it on the IMAX screen. Here's hoping for TR3N.

The Chronicles of Narnia: Voyage of the Dawn Treader - On Blu-Ray. Great movie but still chocked Disney bailed on this series. Narnia would've made a great attraction at one of the parks and be a nice competitor to Harry Potter down in Orlando.

Waking Sleeping Beauty - Very, very interesting documentary. A must see for all Disney fans, and I'm assuming you are since you're on this board. Definitely highly recommended. Got a laugh out of seeing Tim Burton on there. He looked like a little punk. The extras are worth watching too.

Very interesting movie, It's actually very Christopher Nolan-like. The story and the acting are very good also.

    Raging Bull
Really great film. It has a very realistic and human touch to it, much more than other films I've seen.

    From my DVD library:

The Alamo - The Disney one that came out under the Touchstone label in 2004. Decent movie.

WAYNE'S WORLD -- the movie that defined my high school years and I haven't seen it ever since I stopped watching VHS tapes so watching it again was SO entertaining. Love it even still.
