The Princess and The Frog- Ok, I do believe Disney did make up for the tripe that was Home on the Range. This is an enjoyable film (Even though several people gave away a spoiler on a certain character before I was able to see the film.) Is it the best thing since the Lion King?...nope. Though it's still nice to see Disney return to 2D.
That pretty much wraps up my movie year of 2009. (Unless I decide to see Sherlock Homles.)
As it stands, Zombieland was my favorite comedy of 2009...and District 9 proudly stands as my favorite film of 2009...mainly due to it came out of nowhere with a low budget and kicked the crud out of the overbudgeted tripe that came out in the Summer. Avatar get's best special effects, though like I said before the clunky dialouge and predictable storyline prevented it from being the best film of the year for me.
