Eh, more room on the curb for me to sit and enjoy.

And that's another thing I hate that people say about Pixar Play Parade- I've never, ever got soaked. Only a few tiny sprinkles. And if people can't put up with that, then .

Just like Princess meet and greets. But I will agree... the show mode is a bit too long and repetitive. Still, I much rather do the Party Bash than that horrible HSM show by the BAH. Now THAT stupid show needs to go!

Agreed. And dump the American Idol thing too. I don't like it already

Re: Block Party Bash, Place your Bets!

I was just wondering if anyone has seen BPB and can report if they are back to the full version? Temperatures have gone down havent they?

I went last week and Sunday started the regular version of the show. It was the highlight of my vacation

Thanks for the update Brandon!

At DHS, do you know if there's any location to watch BPB with wide walkways--i.e. enough room to wander from unit to unit during the show stop? At DCA, I would usually watch BPB around the Golden Dreams party zone because the walkways were wide enough (and it wasn't that crowded) that I could walk from unit to unit during the show stop. I don't know if the layout or crowds at DHS would allow for a similar viewing experience.

I aggree, people talk about the wet features of PPP as if the floats release lots of water.

The parade in Hong Kong and the water shows in Tokyo really soak people and they do not seem to complain but instead have fun with it. I am surprised that in what is suppose to be Sunny California the home of surfers and beaches people can't get a little wet without complaining or whining

Re: Block Party Bash, Place your Bets!

The difference is... that in Tokyo and HK, guests are forewarned multiple times and they know to get out of the way... The signage and guidemaps explain quite clearly where the wet zones are, and where the dry zones are. Guests will know what to do based on their predilection.

Over in Tokyo.. the guests already know the castle shows are the equivalent of a tsunami on land. Most come prepared to get soaked and bring clothing to change afterwards. TDL also does a great job at explaining to guests that they will get soaked, and they also sell a lot of items, ponchos, towels... etc for guests to use. I personally loved last year's towel with the bullseye that read "Water Here please!!" This year's version of that towel read... "Water Please! Much more!!", with Mickey glove pointing at the bullseye.
