Question Beaches and Cream?

Just a quick question, I was wondering if Beaches and Cream is classed as a Table Service or Counter Service place? As I was hoping to go, and wondered if I needed any kind of reservation?

Any advice on this or beaches and cream appreciated!

Thanks,
Josephine

Re: Beaches and Cream?

Beaches and Cream does not take reservations. I did not realize that they were considered a table service restaurant. If you are on the dining plan, you will get charged for a table service. It is a fun place to eat. I have had their burgers, and also their ice cream. You can easily walk to Beaches and Cream, from Epcot.

Re: Beaches and Cream?

Beaches and Cream is table service. The people in front of us asked the same question, due to the meal plan, and it is table service because they do have waiters and waitresses. It's a small location, but you can easily sit at the counter, or go off times, and it shouldn't be too crowded. It's a great place and a lot of fun!

The ice cream sundaes are sooooo good!!! The wait staff was so fun and friendly too. We sat at the counter so we had a lot of interaction with them.

Only if you charge it on the meal plan, you can simply charge it to your room or pay outright if you like. It's a waste of money to use a full TS meal for it if your just getting ice cream...

Re: Beaches and Cream?

You can build that kitchen sink with all your favorites. I was one, of a party of 5, and we finished it off. When it got to the bottom, we were drinking it with straws, instead of eating it. It was yummy. I devoured a lot of bananas, and strawberries. They put an entire can of whip cream on the top of it. This is the page that I made in 2006, after my visit to Disney World with friends.

At the back of EPCOT, between the UK and France, there is a walkway called the International Gateway. If you walk through there, and continue stright ahead, you will see White and Blue buildings. That is the Yacht and Beach Club. Keep walking until you see the shipwreck (The pool), then take a right. Beaches and Cream will be straight ahead.

A map of the resort. (Old, but still serves its purpose.)
