Best Safari Driver ever...but who is he?!

Wow, haven't posted in the WDW forum since I was in Tampa over a year and a half ago...

Anyways, I was talking to a co-worker about the Kilimanjaro Safari attraction, and I suddenly remembered a certain driver who was my favorite. I was wondering if any of you regular AP'ers might know who he is. Not sure if he's still there but I'll describe him.

He's hispanic (I would guess Cuban), always wore sunglasses, had a thin mustache, and if you've ever seen the old Miami Vice TV show, talked just like Izzy (Hey mang, over there are some lions). He was a great narrator and my wife and I loved it whenever he was our driver. If anyone knows who I'm talking about please let me know. Sorry I don't have much more of a describtion.

I tried calling Simba1, but was told they were busy catching some poachers.

Seriously, thank you Goofgeek. I believe you're correct. Glad to hear he's still there. If I move to Florida permanently next year (which is a strong possibility), I hope he'll still be around.

Funny, I have been on Kilimanjaro Safari exactly ONE time... and the driver you are describing seems to be like the guy I had driving my truck.

I'll be back there in November, looking forward to it again.
