    Spin classes at WDW?

Does anyone know if there are Spin classes anywhere on WDW property? Or, maybe close by? I'm in the groove of spinning M, W and F of every week, so I'd like to keep that up while there if possible.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    Thanks.

Not sure if there are spin classes, but I think the deluxe resorts have gyms and I know that there is a YMCA really close by. My bet is to check there.

I was going to say, check the YMCA. I do spinning as well and love it. You might have to wing it, just monitor yourself on the cycle, but it can be done.

Celebration Health has spin and RPM classes. So, I'm just going to hit them up for a couple classes that week. They have day passes for $15 or a week pass for $50 which is very reasonable. I used to be a member of that facility when they first opened, so I know it's top notch.

Ok I got to know now, what the heck are Spin Classes? I assume it's fitness related and not classes teaching you how to be the next white house press secretary...

ha ha!! Yeah, spin is basically group cycling. It's set to music and is amazing cardio. I thought I would HATE the classes, but finally took one and became obsessed.
