Get rid of the Ziti, Pizza and Cream Puff. Add an Antipasto con Prosciutto di Parma, Sopresatta e Pancetta (cured ham, specially dried sausage, and 'real' bacon.
Polenta con ragout di Salsiccia e Provolone ('grits' with ragout of fennel sausage and with melted Provolone cheese). Or Risotto al sapore funghi Porcini e olio di tartuffo (Risotto with Porcini mushrooms and truffle oil).
Last but not least, Zuppa di Vongole alla Sambuca (Clams in shell in a Sambuca and butter sauce with diced tomatos and pancetta).

For drinks, add Rosa Regale - Banfi and Birra Peroni. Please get rid of Aqua Panna, honestly the worst tasting water I have ever had.

Yeah, I saw what was offered and strolled on by. I can get all of that - and most likely of a better quality - right here. I can also get all of what you mentioned as well, or at least the ingredients. Risotto - decent risotto - is hard to keep in the hot boxes that they use at the F&W stands. A lot of the stuff they serve is bulk pack, pre-made, Cysco type stuff. I watched them unloading the big commerical cardboard boxes of Baklava one morning.

Yes it is its own stand, just near the entrance to the WS (towards the Mexico side). It is also near the Champagne stand.

My assumption is the Pizza and ziti are there so when kids see it, they will beg their parents to get something. My take on it.

I will still probably eat at least one when we go next week.

Unless they have Italian grandmothers like mine do. My MILs baked ziti is to die for! I told her if she moves away she HAS to give me the recipe.

My husband went through the list and picked out everything he wants to try this weekend and it came to like $200! I told him we had to share more!
