Re: College Program

I didn't get any credit from my school. Then again, my campus didn't even host a presentation, and I'm a biology major.

Re: College Program

I heard somewhere (perhaps here) that you need to be a student when you sign up, so you could do the program the summer after you graduate. Is there any truth to this?

Re: College Program

ghostbuster: I earned 9 credit hours of business internship credit, and 3 credit hours through the communications course offered there. It's completely dependent on the school though.

Mike: That's really up to the school, some schools will allow that, others will not. There are some CM's in the College Program that don't earn any credit for the program, and it may be that they are doing it after they graduate. I know that on Disney's end, as long as you have a school written down on your application and you attend a presentation (and meet other requirements), then you're in.

last i heard, you needed to be a full time student, in good standing at the time of your interview/presentation...so yes it could be after you graduate...

I was. I turned it down to return home to my boyfriend of the time (which was stupid).

Re: College Program

I was suppose to go this fall (I wouldve been there right now) but leaving would have interupted the closing of escrow on my new house so i opted to reschedule my college program debut until the spring or perhaps next fall.

Re: College Program

Well, if you end up there next fall I may see you there! Because I am going to go regardless of recieving credit or not. Or at least I plan on going, just gotta make it past the selection process. Hopefully the University of Missouri isn't full of theme park freaks like myself.

Re: College Program

Do any of you grads know much about the international program? I am thinking of doing it in the spring... Is it similar to the WDWCP? Would I be stuck working only at EPCOT? Thanks
