I have to conferm that under the digital melenium copywrite act.. that all works... even thought not traditionally copywritten are property of the photographer & may not be used without permission in your sites case... you would need permission....

(I have studied it in 3 classes....)

    Please remove the images...

Say that again ol Figgy? Or at least edit your post so I can understand what you're saying. Half of it sounds like it's okay, the other half sounds like it's not. Heh heh.

I have to confirm that under the digital millennium copy write act that:

“All material either it be an image or a paper may not be taken without permission from the author, this includes editing & displaying. You may redirect the users to his images, but not have them. If the photographer/author gives you written permission, (which should be displayed somewhere) you can use the item.

Since the author/photographer of the images in question has requested the items to be removed you should comply since this is part of the act as well.

(I have studied it in 3 classes....)

Please remove the images in question…

    (is this clear enough??)

Fine then, I'll gladly remove them. But I need to know which ones are his. Otherwise I can't remove them, as I have no record of what is what.

Why are they not using the original WDW IASW clock?

I wasn't even aware that there was a clock in "it's a small world" in WDW. Was there?

Wow, I can't believe you two couldn't carry this on in private messaging. Nice derail.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe...

^^^I agree with you. I think that this should have been done outside of the public eye. This is a thread talking about IASW, NOT copyright violations. Please make another thread for this, or take your argument to private messaging.

    Thank You...

Yeah, we should have done that. Sorry about that. If a mod comes around, You can delete the offending posts, as I recieved Phil's list of the URLs to be removed, and I'm removing them one by one as I type this. So, actually, this entire thread should be deleted since there's no photo of the clock anymore either.

We should still discuss the new clock coming because we all know that its in there now. So, what do you think about the WDW IASW trying to look more like DL's

Seriously ridiculous....some people just aren't happy unless there is something to complain about. If you're in that much of a huff about your information, right-click disable your site. its easy to do via JavaScript..that should help reduce any issues.....hell if I had a site and someone posted my pics on theirs i'd find it as an honor. Now if profits are being made soley based upon said images or documents thats another story....but for the purpose of a chat thread...get a life.
