I was fortunate to attend the press event for the American Idol Experience nearly 2 weeks ago. Some of my photos were on the front of Micechat Sunday, and I have a total of 350 here:

I haven't posted a lot of photos lately, because I've not paid for Photobucket since my year expired (it went from $25 to $40 for the pro) and I'm not sure how many hits I can have before the images are no longer viewable. At some point I will bite the bullet and pay the $40.

HOW MUCH FUN DENISE!! I am green with envy!! Great photos! I especially enjoyed seen all of the previous winners together in one shot. Glad to see Kelly Clarkson is still involved with the show to some degree.

Thanks TDL! I was near the back of the auditorium, so I'm glad for my better zoom (I now have one with a 20x optical, 80x digital!) And I was surprised to see Kelly Clarkson there since she isn't part of the fold anymore, but she really seemed to be happy to be there, and seemed genuinely happy to see some of her other Idol winners (like Ruben) as well as Simon Fuller. It was a great event!

Denise, you are my hero for posting that video of "Go Your Own Way" with Carrie and David!!! She sang that song on tour last year with Little Big Town and their harmonies were Fleetwood Mac-worthy. I saw them twice when they passed through SoCal but never got any video. I really love that song!

And thanks for sharing all your AWESOME photos with us. I spent a good 30 minutes on your Mousesteps site going through them all. Nice job!!!

I am glad you enjoyed it! They did such a great job with it, I wish they'd cut a single.

Thank you for all the nice words (and Ginarella too!) I tried cutting down the pics as much as I could, but it was still 350 - I am glad you liked to look at all of them.

Well, I have to say Ryan Seacrest is not faring well in HD formats. We can see the sisterhood's lines all over his face. Not a spring chicken anymore. LOL!
