Auditioning for Character in 2 weeks, what are animation exercises?

PLEASE PLEASE GIVE ME SOME ADVICE. =) IT WOULD BE SOOO MUCH APPRECIATED.

I'm 17 and I'll be auditioning to be a character in Walt Disney World in a few weeks. I've been looking around for information about what the audition is like and it seems like most people say there is a height cut, animation exercises, and a short dance routine before they have people try on costumes...please do correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm wondering about the audition in general and more specifically what the animation exercises are. If you've been through it please let me know. As much information as you could give me would be great! =) Thank you so much for your help.
