Does anyone know if anything is planned in the parks for Donald Duck's 75th birthday? Or any merchandise that might be in the parks for it?

I think this year Donald gets in to the park free on his birthday !!!![]()
He's lucky...
I wouldn't think they would do anything for him. Maybe just announce it when they open the doors to the Magic Kingdom or something. They might have like a limited edition Donald Duck Pez or something. That's what they had for Mickey's past birthday. I bought it![]()

I highly doubt anything other than a pin release. Whoop-dee-doo.
Is there a better way to celebrate a beloved and popular cartoon characters 75th birthday? I mean, it's not like they did anything for his 50th so......wait....

I like The Happiest Millionaire. What's wrong with that?
heh!
They didn't exactly go crazy for Mickey's 80th ... even merchandise wise.
I still remember the Duck's 50th though ... boy did they go all out for that one. Big parade and all.

One of the most enjoyable aspects of the Donald parade at WDW were the live ducks riding on the float alongside Donald. Very cute. WDW will never be this whimsical. Ever.
Whimsical? Like OMG, how boring can you like, totally get?! That is not, like not the current trendy thing to do. You gotta have, like loud music and obnoxious but likeable DJs and wait what's with all this Main Street USA crap? OK I'm not my grandma, I don't need to be reminded about what the 30s were like when people were poor and Prada and MTV didn't exist! Yuck!
