It must have been a while ago because I missed the news of it.
Anyhow, we like Germany's Biergarten for lunch.
OK we LOVE it.
We try to hit lunch there about once a year. Its not one of our more frequent restaurants. And like most buffets on property, we've grown accustomed to the fact that the meals run $22-24 per person pre-tip.
But on our trip to the Biergarten yesterday we noticed when the bill came it was $19.99 per person. We were shocked, and for once positively, that the bill was lower than we expected. I cannot recall last time I saw it under $20 per person.
So are we crazy? Has it been like this for a while? And is Germany the only place who has dropped their lunch price? Just curious.
