I thought I'd stop by Kidani Village after the Celebration Great American Pie Festival (which was a bargain for $10!) Some guests are staying at Kidani Village, I expect it's test stays for cast members - but I'm not positive about that. I was working at the Disney Reservation Center when the Animal Kingdom Lodge opened, and was able to stay there before it was open to the public for a one night test stay.
I have nearly 200 pics and video links here:

The sign outside:
The lobby is really small, and the Johari Treasures gift shop is there as well:
A thatched-looking inside, with the lights that look like flames:
On the Savannah, there are giraffes, zebras, and such:
At the pool area, which also includes the fitness center, pool bar, lockers and restrooms:
A display for Sanaa, the restaurant which opens with the resort on May 1st:

There is a beautiful library area, which is not far from the lobby:
One of my 5 videos, this is of the lobby:

I think that the resort is beautiful - it is a long walk from one end to the other, about a mile. If you are at either end of the resort, that is about a half mile to the lobby. The lobby seems very small to me for such a large resort, though it's very nice - the reservations agents seemed a bit crammed together behind the desk. I LOVE the pool area, but that also seems oddly placed to me - out the front lobby and to the right. It almost feels like it's in the middle of the parking lot. But again, the pool area looks like a lot of fun and I like the layout of it once inside. The library is my favorite room (I have video of that too), it's really well laid-out and has a balcony off of it to enjoy the Savannah.
