The 2009 StarWars Weekends will be challenge you with full-Force engaging fun! This years event will take place at the newly naed Disney's Hollywood Studios on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, May 22nd - June 14th.

Photo Opportunities at the SWW event will be as vast as the universe itelf. Here is the list of characters that may appear (in alphabetical order) -

Ahsoka (new), Anakin Skywalker, Aurra Sing, Boba Fett, Cantina Band, Chewy, Clone Troopers, Darth Maul, Darth Vader, Ewoks, Gamorrean Guard, Jango Fett, Jawas, Jedi Mickey, Kit Fisto, Leia Minnie (new),

The new LucasDrag Disney characters are quite the whimsical star warriors ..and Ahsoka is an absolute space babe.

I'm not a big Star Wars fan (I haven't even seen some of the movies), but I LOVE attending SWW. It's a lot of fun. My favorite part is meeting all the characters (pictures in my website).

This is sweet! I love how Disney does a great job in celebrating Star Wars. I love it, how they over do the fandom.

I hope they have the guy that played Anakin a few years ago. He looked so much like Hayden Christiansen it was scary. He was dead on in character too. Darth Goofy looks like a riot though. Love the heart boxers.

They seriously need a young Obi-Wan face character. Preferably one that looks like Ewan McGregor.

What actors from the movies will be appearing? I'm assuming they'll get Peter Mayhew and Warwick Davis as usual.

They should have a Death Star overlay for the big golf ball at Epcot. That would be a great photo op. Size does matter. Ha ha.

I'm so not a star wars fan and these photos just don't get me hyped up.

I'm so drinking hateorade on galaxy wars right now. But I will get excited if they ever announce "this is the last year of star wars weekends, it's moving to Star Wars theme park opening summer 2050".

Mayhew will be there just like he's always at these sort of event. Same goes for Ray Park and Matthew Wood. David Prowse will make an appearance, as will Jeremy Bulloch.

I like that they have Clone Wars banners up in the park. That action figure packaging photo background is awesome!
