Unique Disney World Souvenir's ?

Well as my trip is approaching I keep wondering what I should buy, although trading pins are a no brainer, but I plan to save some serious dough for this trip I would like to ask what others buy when going to the world that is unique to disney world itself. I living in socal am very aware of the sharing of merchandise that happens between disney world and disneyland and am very disappointed an example would be when I come back from disney world and find out the same disney world cook book was sold at disneyland, so basically flew across the U.S to have the same things there, very Frustrating. So what I would like to know is what is worth buying there that is not already sold at disneyland in California P.S. I have only been to the world once in August is when I will take my second go at the world. Thanks... Sorry if I rambled

Epcot. Loads of international items that you won't find at DL or DCA and I'm talking about World Showcase shops, not Future Showcase shops.

Any shop in Animal Kingdom will have a great variety of items.

Magic Kingdom/Main Street is a great place to find great Cinderella Castle merchandise.

I recomment shopping Grand Floridian, Polynesian, Contemporary and Wilderness Lodge hotel shops for items with the resorts brand name on it.

Hollywood Studios has plenty of shops featuring home merchandise that you may find fun embroidering.

If you look around you can find some things still, if you want something very special you may want to check out the create a T shirt shop in DTD, and you can get some very nice gifts on some of the tours, for example the Lunch with an Imagineer you get a personalized red nametag and a glass comemerative plate, the around the world showcase segway tour hands out a special pin at the end.

Other than that shop in the smaller shops off the main drag at the parks and you can find some unique items from time to time. It's getting harder as the years go by since they seem to be doing away with the unique park items in favor of more generic items that they can sell in multiple locations.

I usually pick up a WDW scrapbook that is only offered for that year and find random stuff in the parks that I can add to it. I'm only buying the scrapbook, but I have picked up napkins, stickers, drink sticks and things like that. It's kinda cool to me to look back at it and see the drink stick from my drink next to a picture of it from when I was drinking it.

Oh My Ga! I love that store! I waste too much time shopping there all the time. Love the antics happening all over the place above my head.

dont know any shop in special but i guess if the thing says WDW or any park its unique to them
