You can either go onto the site and send a message through there, or you can write a letter now that you've gone home. I'll tell you though, writing a positive letter is better for us than anything. When someone takes the time to actually write a letter, it goes to the head of our area, then to our managers, then to us. We get a lot of recognition for it, and if its particularly touching, it goes into a weekly newsletter for the parks.
I have gone the online route once or twice, just filling out a response form. I didn't want to forget to do it and that was the quickest way. Better online than nothing at all, but I'm sure GRD999 is correct that a physical letter is much more effective.
They really don't. Lake Buena Vista is actually owned by Disney and I guess its good that they allotted that many spaces for them. I guess it just makes the Disney World Resort seem huge in comparison.
If you own your postal mail receiving and delivery facility, you can use the box numbers to designate different areas of the business so the mail is pre-sorted for the right destination within the resort. Say Box 10000 is a 'general' address. Box 7500 could be Human Resources, say, or Food Safety or whatever.
Since all mail going to Lake Buena Vista is going to Disney, they can use any numbers they want as 'PO Box' numbers.
Wow tough question "mentally" Walt Disney World. In reality i live in Squamish B.C. (for now)
Re: Cast member appreciation?
can i just say thanks Disneytwins it is people like you that make us cast members feel appreciated. We put in a lot of love and hard work in what we do all for the well being of your time spent at Walt Disney World and it is always nice to hear when people tell us that. So as a former but still(in my heart, believe me it never leaves) cast member thank you
We are the wish makers. Wishing upon a star for your dreams to come true. We are the dreamers. Dreaming of the wish your heart makes. We are all over making dreams come true. Making everyday magical for you. Walt Disney had a word for the kind of people like us.
Your very welcome! We always appreciate very nice and hard working cast members who make my time at the parks very pleasant. I realize that all cast members' jobs can be stressful and I really like to show my appreciation to those who always take the time and make sure that we are all having a wonderful experience no matter how stressful your job gets. This is what Walt wanted, and I like to show my appreciation to those who making sure that Walt's wishes are maintained. We thank you!
